On the 8th (top) floor of the hotel featuring a rooftop with a view, the Sangha Toulouse cocktail bar is a neighbourhood of its own, offering a unique spot in Toulouse for relaxing and socialising. The atmosphere here is warm, unique and exemplary.

A huge, sculptural lighting feature and custom-made furniture occupy this cavernous space with a super-high ceiling. We have Sébastien Caron, the interior architect, to thank for the aesthetic appeal of the space. The natural-lighting effect of the full glass curtain wall offers an invitation to escape while the sheer height encourages you to reconnect with yourself.

As an alternative to the bustle of the city and Les Halles, the bar is the perfect retreat after a day’s work or to take a pit stop during an impromptu wander around La Cartoucherie district.

In addition to the bar’s range of snacks, there are plenty of other options just outside our hotel, inside Les Halles de la Cartoucherie food hall. What a place! Brimming with gourmet bistro options, snack outlets, street food, fine produce and some more avant-garde culinary concepts, it’s open morning, noon and night, seven days a week.

LOCAL FLAVOURS AND ORIGINAL GOURMET CONCEPTS

The market place in Les Halles de La Cartoucherie extends over 3,000 m2 with around thirty local producers’ stalls and other outlets offering street food. Food can be eaten on the premises or taken away. An eclectic and flavoursome food offering. You’ll find cured meats, seafood products, ethical butchers, a rotisserie, a curry house, Lebanese, Indian, Sri Lankan and Italian food, as well as classic crêpes. So much to choose from! There really is something for everyone at a range of prices.
